There were three events that lead me to Ham Radio. The first happened in my
grandpa's basement were my second cousin
Curt showed me what happens
when you rap wire around a nail and apply a battery to it. The second was
when my grade school science teacher, Mr. Willett, gave me an old radio to
take apart to create my first junk box. Last but not least, was my mentor John -
WB9ESM-SK who showed me what a true friend is.

It was my dad's interest in airplanes that made me think they were cool too.
One of my dad's friends had a Beech Bonanza and took us up for a flight.
Uncle Bill wanted to show what happens when you pull the mixture out
completely. The quiet was deafening and I was hooked on flying.
Aviation
I received a BSEE from UW-Madison and went to work for Hewlett Packard.
After 10 years in the Test and Measurement division, I decided to start my own
company. Using what I had learned from HP,  I created PS Engineering, Inc.
too further the technologies in avionics.

My Family
Nothing in the world means more to me than my family. Life is such a
blessing and sharing it with the people you love makes all that life has to offer
that much more special.
